At MeowWags, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept physical returns due to our fulfillment process, we’re committed to addressing any issues that may arise with your order.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
We may issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was significantly different from the product description or images
If you believe there’s an issue, please contact us at meowwags@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
We’ll review your request and do our best to resolve it promptly.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect size or color ordered (unless the product was mislabeled)
- Minor variations in color, shape, or packaging
- Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or uncontrollable factors
💵 Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped with a valid tracking number.
⏳ Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
