At MeowWags, our goal is to get your pet's goodies to your door as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about shipping and returns:


🚚 Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Shipping Fee: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

📦 Items may arrive in separate packages depending on supplier availability.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

  • We do not accept returns to our warehouse, as we work with third-party suppliers.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at  meowwags@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
  • We’ll review the issue and, if approved, offer a refund or replacement.
  • In most cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or sizing issues unless the product was misrepresented.
